Evidence-Based Implantology

The loss of one or more teeth leads to long-term functional limitations. Dental implants are a well-established, scientifically recognised procedure: artificial tooth roots made of biocompatible pure titanium or zirconium oxide ceramic are anchored in the jaw to replace missing teeth both functionally and aesthetically.

• Three-Dimensional Planning
  Using digital volume tomography (DVT/CBCT), we capture high-resolution 3D X-ray images. This allows us to precisely evaluate the anatomy and nerve pathways before the procedure and better assess surgical risks.

• Implants (Titanium & Ceramic)
  To support good healing (osseointegration) and high biological compatibility, we exclusively use certified systems from established manufacturers made of biocompatible pure titanium or metal-free high-performance ceramic (zirconia).

• Immediate Loading
  Under certain functional conditions, implantation can be performed immediately after tooth extraction in a single session and fitted with a functional and aesthetically pleasing provisional restoration.

• In-House Laboratory Production
  From implant placement to the final crown, we consolidate all working steps under one roof. Our master laboratory produces your dental prosthetics precisely, reliably, and in close coordination with the treating surgeons and dentists.

Our Clinical Service Range

In addition to oral implantology, our surgical centre covers a broad spectrum of dental bone and soft tissue surgery.

• Wisdom Tooth Removal
  The indication for professional surgery primarily concerns displaced and/or impacted (retained in the jaw) wisdom teeth.

• Root Tip Resection (Apicoectomy)
  As an important option for tooth preservation, this microsurgical procedure involves removing the inflamed root tip and eliminating the infection in the surrounding bone.

• Bone Grafting (Augmentation)
  If 3D diagnostics reveal an insufficient bony foundation, we offer various procedures for surgical jaw ridge reconstruction – preferably using the patient's own bone material harvested in a minimally invasive manner.

• Autologous Blood Therapy (PRF)
  From a small blood draw, the body's own growth factors are obtained and concentrated, then introduced into the surgical site to biologically support wound healing.

• Oral Cancer Screening
  The systematic assessment and inspection of pathological changes in the oral mucosa serves as important early detection.
